Jenna has 10 years of experience in fitness, specializing in group fitness. She currently teaches boxing in efforts to spread self-defense knowledge to women.

Ratta Matintharungson

Ratta has been practicing Martial Arts for five years and loves teaching members how to express and defend themselves through martial arts.

Melissa first began practicing yoga in middle school after discovering a book about yoga in the bargain bin of a local bookstore and has been practicing ever since.


Certified in Taekwondo, Divino is one of our Martial Arts instructors and enjoys teaching skills of all levels to our members.
