Quenten Thompson-Phillip

Quenten has been a professional trainer since 2019 and is certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) with a focus in Weight Loss, Strength training, Lean-Muscle building, and sports specific training such as powerlifting and body building.

Natalie Palomino

Natalie has been a certified Zumba instructor since 2016 and instructs Zumba at BQE Fitness Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm in addition to guest instructing GXVNA events held at BQE Fitness.

Divino Baez

Certified in Taekwondo, Divino is one of our Martial Arts instructors and enjoys teaching skills of all levels to our members.

Elizabeth Cipollina

Liz has a love for the outdoors and is passionate about living a healthy and active lifestyle.

Melissa Mazza

Melissa first began practicing yoga in middle school after discovering a book about yoga in the bargain bin of a local bookstore and has been practicing ever since.


Giovanna is currently licensed to teach Zumba®, Strong, Pilates, Total Body Conditioning, Aqua Zumba®, and is a NASM certified personal trainer.


Rashell is a dedicated and enthusiastic fitness professional, certified as both a personal trainer and spin instructor at BQE Fitness.
