Elizabeth Cipollina also known as Liz is part of American Fitness Association of America (AFAA)Certified Group Fitness Instructor allowing her to teach various group fitness classes. Liz also has specialty certifications in every Zumba certification, Strong Nation, Spin, Kickboxing, Yoga, TRX suspension training, Step, urban rebound and many more. Her experience is over 20 years' worth of various fitness classes and educational seminars for the body. She has a love for the outdoors and is passionate about living a healthy and active lifestyle. By attending group exercise classes since she was a teenager and dance classes, she has continued to strengthen her passion for being healthy and active, which is something she hopes to share with others through her classes. Liz’s various styles in knowledge of various styles of group classes is sure to get you up and moving with a variety of different exercises that help to improve both muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness, whether you’re a beginner or a fitness expert she will keep you challenged and pleased to come back to another class with her inspiring attitude and good music.
