Victoria is a certified personal trainer by The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) who loves to be active and in nature. Hiking, trail running, cycling, and stand-up paddle-boarding are just a few of her outdoor favorites. Victoria is dedicated to challenging you, pushing you beyond your limits, and helping you reach goals while expanding your love for fitness. Her favorite group classes to teach are high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength & conditioning, and outdoor bootcamp. When you attend her classes, she wants you to feel strong, capable, and empowered.
