Group Instructor

Ratta has been practicing Martial Arts for five years and loves teaching members how to express and defend themselves through martial arts. He is certified by NASM, making him a qualified and motivating trainer for muscle building, fat loss and performance enhancement. Ratta pushes members by providing them with rewarding work outs and increasing the intensity each class. You can sign up for his Martial Arts classes and feel the burn on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings.
