Meet Quenten, one of our esteemed trainers. Born and raised in Queens, Quenten has always had a passion for health and fitness along with helping fellow member of the community achieve their goals. Quenten spent six years in the United States Marine Corp, where he gained experience leading group exercise training and learned the importance of maintaining top physical shape. Quenten has been a professional trainer since 2019 and is certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) with a focus in Weight Loss, Strength training, Lean-Muscle building, and sports specific training such as powerlifting and body building.
