Victoria is a NYC public school educator who has coached both youth soccer, and track & field. For the past decade she has been inspired by health and fitness, and loves to be active and in nature. Hiking, trail running, cycling, and stand-up paddle-boarding are just a few of her outdoor favorites. Victoria enjoys workouts driven by a good beat and loves making playlists for her classes. Her favorite group classes to teach are high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength & conditioning, outdoor bootcamp, and Tabata. She is dedicated to challenging you, pushing you beyond your limits, and helping you reach goals while expanding your love for fitness. When you attend her classes, she wants you to feel strong, capable, and empowered.
